We select our green coffees from the most recent harvest in prized coffee growing countries. We roast to balance a coffee’s origin flavor characteristics with your roast level preferences.  Our freshly roasted coffee beans are available in a variety of different sized bags and at multiple roast levels. We ship day of roast or day after roast to assure maximum freshness. Pick up a bag in Truckee or sign up for a subscription to have regular deliveries of fresh coffee to your home or office!
